    Return Policy

    If you want to return or exchange the product due to a leak in the water tank or the quality of the accessories, we are here to help you!
     
    Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
    The following are some examples of common exceptions.
    · The product is not within the warranty period and cannot be returned.
    · Unable to provide pictures or video evidence to prove quality problems, non-refundable.
    · Collision during transportation, deformation of the water tank due to backlog, or product quality problems that are not our responsibility, cannot be returned.
     
    To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
    1. Provide product pictures, videos and barcodes with quality problems;
    2. Assist our company to find the cause of the quality problem, if necessary, send back quality products, and the freight will be borne by our company;
    3. Provide pictures, videos and other evidence to prove the quality of our products, our company will compensate the same product or the amount of compensation;

    · How long does it take to receive a refund and replace the product?
    After quality inspection and analysis of the reasons, it is confirmed that it is our company's responsibility, and the refund and product replacement will be made within 15 working days;

    Shipping terms

    Responsibilities during the transportation of goods are divided according to the trade terms of the contract agreement between the two parties:
    Our company assists customers in arranging cargo transportation according to customer needs
    Such as commonly used EXW, CNF, CIF, FOB and other trade terms
    EXW: The seller is responsible for delivering the prepared goods to the buyer at its location, namely the workshop, factory, warehouse, etc., but is usually not responsible for loading the goods on the vehicle prepared by the buyer or clearing the goods. The buyer bears all the costs and risks of transporting the goods from the seller’s location to the intended destination.
    CNF: Means that the seller must pay the expenses and freight required to transport the goods to the designated port of destination, but after the goods are delivered to the ship’s deck, the risk of the goods, loss or damage, and the additional expenses incurred after an accident occurs, when the goods pass the designated port After the ship’s rail, the seller turns to the buyer to bear the burden. In addition, the seller is required to go through customs clearance procedures for the export of the goods.
    CIF: In addition to the same obligations as the term "cost and freight", the seller must also apply for marine insurance and pay the insurance premium for the loss or damage of the purchased goods during the transportation of the goods.
    FOB: The seller delivers the goods after passing the ship’s rail at the designated port of shipment. After the cargo has passed the ship’s rail, the buyer shall bear all costs, risks, loss or damage of the goods, and require the seller to go through customs clearance procedures for the export of the goods.
